MAKE A PROTEIN SHAKE (bodybuilding shake)

HELLOS FRIENDS,
We have come to make a protein shake.
First,

Milk (One Cup)

Strawberry (5 piece)

Cottage cheese (2 tsp)

Honey (2 tsp)

Protein powder ( 1.5 tsp)

Mix The All Ingredients in a Blender for One Minute.
Protein Shake are best taken 40 Minute  before training or within 30 minute after training.
